Does the person require to fast and what other instruction he/she has to follow?

Please take the following measures before you come for the health check-up :

Before coming for health check-up, do not take anything but plain water if needed (not even coffee or tea) in the morning. A small stool sample should be brought in a clean plastic or glass container. If desired, the container may be collected from MHC dept. adjacent to main reception - Room No. 1004.
Come on an empty stomach around 7.15 am.
Do bring your previous medical records and the latest prescriptions / medicines.
Complete your check-up by 6.00 pm (or earlier in certain cases) and collect your Master Health Check-up File.

Whom to contact for health check-up and is prior appointment necessary?
Please fix up prior appointment at our MHC department at the following number: +91 95007 12888, (0422) 4323727 between 9 am and 5 pm on all working days except Sundays and selected public holidays.

Can additional tests to be done along with Master Health Check-up program?
Yes. Additional test can be done and would be charged extra. Certain tests are done at a concessional rate for Master Health Check-up patients.

Whether lunch will be provided?
Yes, complimentary morning coffee / tea with biscuits will be served and lunch will be provided at the cafeteria.

Whether special packages can be formulated for the corporate?
Yes, we can work-out special packages for companies depending on various factors like the nature of work & age group etc.
